Are BMF training programs suitable for beginners? Yes, we build programs tailored for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. Your coach will work with you to customize a program that fits your goals and experience level.

What equipment will I need for your training programs? The equipment varies by program. You will be asked to select your accessible equipment upon enrollment in virtual or hybrid coaching.

What is virtual training? BMF virtual training is like having a personal coach in your pocket. Your coach meets with you weekly to ensure you're on track with your goals and adjusts your program as needed. Your weekly workouts are prepared in advance and easily accessible though your training app.

Can I cancel or pause my membership? Yes, all BMF memberships can be cancelled at any time. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.
