Training packages or individual training sessions are NOT recommended for beginners or individuals needing regular, detailed coaching and support.

Clients who wish to purchase a training package alone are encouraged to communicate their fitness goals and preferences prior to each session.

Guidance and support based on the client's needs are provided during each session only.

Clients are encouraged to monitor their own progress and communicate with their trainer.
